Kam po znanje is not a marketing website.
It functions as a digital knowledge infrastructure with complex data, multiple audiences and dynamic content flows. The challenge was to reframe this platform as a clear, scalable and user-centric system.

• Predefined top-level navigation
• Institutional tone and compliance
• Large volume of structured data
Primary Information Architecture
The platform navigation was reorganised around user intent rather than content hierarchy. Each primary navigation entry maps to a distinct audience and use case.
From Content Accumulation to Structured Experience
The platform’s high data volume and diverse user intents created friction in content discovery and filtering.
Learners needed clarity among thousands of programmes; providers needed a clear publishing workflow; institutions required structured access to research and events.
The platform had evolved into a content-heavy structure without clear separation between audiences.
Users faced overlapping navigation paths, dense data presentation and inconsistent hierarchy between public and institutional layers.
The challenge was to introduce structural clarity across user journeys while preserving the integrity of an existing national system.

The publishing flow was simplified into a predictable linear process:

The professional layer integrates research, forums and institutional publications without disrupting public-facing user flows.




Visual System Philosophy
The visual system supports clarity, hierarchy and structured data presentation. Design decisions prioritised legibility, consistency and institutional credibility over decorative elements.
A modular visual system was developed to support long-term scalability.

Each Life Skills category follows an identical structural logic:

This repeatable template ensures that new categories can be introduced without redesigning the system.
