Overview
Slovenian Institute for Adult Education (Andragoški center Slovenije)
The project required translating complex assessment methodology into a structured, step-by-step digital experience – ensuring clarity, privacy and reliable data handling at scale.
The project was built from scratch – concept, brand identity, all logotypes, graphic elements, infographics and the complete UX system were developed as original work based on the client brief.
SCOPE
Brand Identity
UX Architecture
Interface & Information Design
Backend UX Logic
ROLE
Sole designer – concept to delivery
FOCUS
Progressive disclosure flows
Multi-role access systems
OECD-aligned data reporting
UX Architecture
The user journey was structured as a controlled, progressive flow: Token → Entry Number → Login → Assessment → Report. Each step reveals only what is needed at that moment, minimizing cognitive load while maintaining data security and procedural integrity.
Interaction patterns were simplified to support users with varying digital literacy levels. Sensitive self-assessment data required careful alignment between UX decisions and system constraints.
Assessment system
Assessment modules adapt to individual performance across multiple competency areas. The system concludes with a structured benchmarking report aligned with OECD standards – connecting individual results to national and international data.

Brand Identity
The identity system was developed specifically for the digital assessment environment. The symbol integrates a circular structure, a pencil tip and a confirmation mark – representing assessment, validation and completion. The system was built for consistent application across digital and print touchpoints.
Information design system
The infographic translates complex OECD methodology into a structured visual hierarchy – connecting individual performance with national and international benchmarks, making policy-level data understandable at a personal level.

Administrative system
Beyond the public interface, the platform includes a structured administrative layer for national coordinators and local collaborators. The backend was designed around role-based access, regional data distribution, secure handling of sensitive assessment results and structured reporting workflows.
UX decisions were aligned with technical constraints to ensure long-term stability and maintainability.
Local coordinators manage authorization numbers through batch CSV uploads – the interface was designed to reduce errors, provide clear status feedback and maintain database consistency.

Implementation
– Designed and prototyped interface flows in Figma
– Iteratively refined layouts based on technical constraints
– Collaborated with development team to align component logic and data structures
– Ensured structural consistency across all modules
Communication materials
The visual system was extended into selected print materials to ensure consistency across digital and institutional touchpoints.
Outcome
SVOS integrates brand identity, UX architecture, interface design and backend structure into a unified national platform. The result is a scalable digital system that balances usability, data integrity and institutional responsibility.
